Netstar cancel my contract!!!!

Netstar has been refusing to cancel my contract since 2021 December. Was involved in a car accident in December 2021 and vehicle was written off. I called Netstar to cancel my contract and i was told to pay a cancelation fee of R900+, i agreed to pay it on a monthly basis from January to September 2022. Netstar has since refused to cancel the contract till date, i have been in contact with a handful of customer care service and forever told that it would be canceled and I should expect a cancelation letter being forwarded to myself. The only thing that is always forwarded to me is a statement of the fee i supposedly owe them on monthly basis. I have requested for call recordings of all the conversations i had to prove my case, but none has been sent. Can Netstar just cancel my contract as i have paid up what I owed back in 2022, and be refunded what was deducted thereafter.
