Netstar Can not even sell to a new interested customer, Go to TRACKER rather

They can not even sell to a new already interested customer. I bought a vehicle from a dealer with a pre-installed Netstar unit. All they have to do is activate the unit.change of ownerhsip.

The eventually called me after about a week and we went through thw WHOLE process telephonically. Thinking it will be activated maybe a day or two after that call .

Another two weeks later and I am still begging them to activate the unit ?

Useless bunch ! This after the dealer convinced me to move away from Tracker and use Netstar rather as it will theoretically be faster ..............................

I am now contacting Tracker to assist me to get the Netstar unit uninstalled, and theirs installed and activated rather.
