Netstar call center never answering calls

I recently got an insurance from Auto & General. They said that their package also consists of car tracker which is Netstar. Netstar was supposed to call me last week but they never called. I ended up calling them on Friday but their phone does the same thing every time. It says I am caller number 4 and I will be attended to in the next 2 minutes. When I'm caller number 2 it disconnects. Same thing happened today as I tried calling them 4 times. Now I am worried that even their tracker will not work or worse they will not be available when I try to call them to report that my car has been ******. It's my first time with them but I already feel like they are a ****
