Netstar

have been using netstar vehicle tracking company for 3 years, 2 days back i tested my tracker only to find out that the tracker in my car is not working as the lady say when I call them, I arranged for a new tracker to be installed and is been 2 days now waiting for them to come, they keep on calling me to make appointments that they're not keeping. So now am paying for a tracker that is not working and they seem not to care because am under contract and they know that if I cancel it I will have to pay. So anyone using netstar vehicle tracking company I advise that you test it every week as when netstar do upgrade on their tracker, the old once don't work, SO DISAPPOINTED.
