Netstar - Bullies and ******* - Stay clear of them, there are other more honest options

I am at my wits end with Netstar. They resumed billing me in 2025 on a contract that was cancelled in 2019 and have now listed me at the Credit Bureau for not paying!

They are also unwilling / unable to furnish me with the statement information I have requested simply being a date on which this contract was last paid which will clearly prove my point.

They are a bunch of bullies and *******!

No big surprise but no email address given to forward correspondence to and no contact from Netstar. I have however received for threatening SMS's from the collections agent and a Final Demand letter via email!!!

This is really shocking service from Netstar. I have given them every opportunity to respond and they have ignored it still coming after me for recent charges on an account that was closed more then 5 years ago. THEY ARE SHOCKING!

Still no feedback on my query I suppose they are still "investigating" which has NOT stopped them from sending me threatening sms's and emails about listing me at the credit bureau's .....
