Netstar- Be careful of their technicians. They will destroy your vehicle.

I am horrified as i had 2 very ***** looking men come to install my new tracking system. They removed half of my engine before realizing that they were in fact working on the wrong car. They had details for my Polo that had been ****** years ago. They then worked on the car most of the day. They had to come back to finish the work and parts in the car as they didn't know where to install them. They also could not remove the old tracking system. I had to call and complain before they sent an older technician who openly admitted that he had to run around fixing the younger technicians terrible work. We now just found a brand new tracking device lying in the bushes behind the car. I called to test the unit and they received no signal. I therefore believe that the new tracking device was never installed. This is actually scary as my car is currently not insured without a tracker. I have broken unclipped panels in the the car. I am horrified. The call center is of no assistance. They won't even let you speak with a team leader.
