Netstar bad tracking unit installation
Bad installation affecting the car wiring by netstar, the unit was installed 17th April 2026 Friday, dashboard lights battery and yellow warning light dpf cutting off the engine, the car was fine before Netstar tracking unit installation. Called netstar to send their technician and the said they can't book technician on weekends yet am stuck due to their bad installation, l had to spend my money on getting auto electrician, till today dashboard is showing battery and dpf. Am really disappointed and will have to cancel this contract asap but netstar would have to come and get back everything to the way the way was before their installation. Am disappointed.

Our Technical Team attended your premises on Friday, 1 May 2026. During the visit, a diagnostic test was conducted, and you were advised that the issue is not caused by our tracking device. You thereafter requested that the technician disconnect the unit, as you intended to consult your own auto electrician.
Please provide us with a convenient time at which we may contact you, or alternatively, reply to this email with a full technical report from an RMI‑approved dealership.
Please note that your contract remains active, and monthly billing will therefore continue. For us to advise on the way forward, kindly respond to this email.
