Netstar bad service in Bloemfontein

I have bought a car last year 2019 June and I trade in the car and buy a new car, I never knew the tracter has to be removed to get another tracker for my new car, so someone was assisting me but never get back to me I went to thier offices to my surprise they have moved without telling me now their numbers are not working and I don't know where are they, this is a bad service, my car is moving without a tracker and I'm going to cancel it and they must come and get the other on e on my husband's car
