Netstar bad customer care and account handling

I have had it with netstar firstly they try debt any time they want on my bank account living me with penalties of R108 when done twice it's R216 which is greater than the monthly payments of R199. than they hand over my account to creditworx without contacting me or informing me even now that the account has been settled creditworx still keeps calling me as I have even sent proof of payments made last year, I still receive calls. Spoke to many consultants from netstar and creditworx as they keep on transferring my calls without assistance which one of them is Lucrefel Chetty and still the matter is not resolved.
