Netstar

I Tried to contact numerous times to cancel my subscription but keep getting messages that someone from cancellations will contact me. This is now 6 months later and nobody has contacted me yet. I then returned my debit orders and now they have handed me over for collection.......still no contact was made. What if there is an emergency.........leaves one wondering!!!! Did no expect this from Netstar!!!
