Canceled previous month to month contract only to be tied down to a 36month contract with Netstar Nano.... Simple instructions to debit on a certain date was not followed. Now sitting with bank charges for returned magtapes!!! Unnemployed & no income. Explained this several times to this company. Terrible Sales & service!!!
