Netstar are ********s

Netstar has done it again. Last time I wrote a review about them billing me twice for the same tracking device in one car. Tjey sorted out the query.

I paid what they said I owed and sent the proof of payment. This morning i received a threatening sms telling me that I owe R440 and that they will put my name on the credit bureau. I called Netstar and was told that my account has been paid up.

And a few minutes ago an agent called me from Netstar telling me I owe them money and that i need to pay it. What utter rubnish.

This is how Netstar treats people when they (Netstar) loses lients because of poor service delivery. Then they make up accounts that must be oaid and get agents to call and harass people.

I was told that I would not get any more threatening messages, but then they go one better and I receive calls harassing me for money I dont owe.

Netstar better get their act together and fix up their mess. Or I'll take this to consumer watch and the newspaper.
