Netstar are like loan sharks, take your money even when you dont have an account.

I cancelled my netstar, got hold of the retentions department, paid the outstanding amount but each month i get billed. This is happening since January. Numerous emails upon which i was told i will be refunded and the bank charges refunded as well as you get charged R100 per bounce but no, netstar still debit my account and 5 months down the line, i am yet to see a refund. you also dont bother responding to emails. I expect a refund in my account by COB Friday.!
