NETSTAR are *********!!!!!!

I signed up with Netstar with my new vehicle now in June, and last week when I tested my panic it flashed a green light meaning it's working, BUT I NEVER got a call. I called customer care and told them about it and asked them to test my unit and where my vehicle was and they said their system was down and that they will call me later, THAT NEVER happened to do. I called back to cancel and my word, i got the RUDEST, poorly mannered person i have ever come across!!!

Not helpful at all. I had to call back and the last person was a little profession and was empathetic, but she also never helped me with what she promised, which is a technician to check my unit, and test my panic, and i still stuck with these people for 30 days!!!!

These people are taking your money, but cannot not keep you, your family or vehicle safe.

This is ******** and they should be stopped and not allowed to operate in this business of Tracking vehicles.
