Netstar ****** are bullying me

*********** insurance company. This company is failing me so dizzy, I want to pay my monthly installment but I have to run after them bcos they don't debit. I was phoning the company last week every asking them to debit the installment which they never did. They sent my account to legal at Nimble credit solution I made paid them. I called even yesterday to do a follow up again as to why r they not debiting and I further asked for banking details they told a consultant will call me.... Till today no phone call s

I have Decided that I don't want their services anymore because now I have to beg for service I'm paying for.

They don't take customs serious infant they don't have customers service its like they are doing clients a favour.
