I am disgusted with the sms you guy keep sending me about how I owe you for the service you never rendered to me, I have screenshots sending you DM’s on your Twitter account on how I was almost hijack trying to get assistance from a panic button on a device that has never worked since its installation in June 2017, your technical manger kept on making follow up that never came to light and each of your consultants had one excuse after the other regarding my case. I was almost hijack leaving Sandton in November 2017 after my exam in late afternoon and had to stop and seek assistance from a JMPD officer Hlongwane and his assistant who had to convoy escort me until the car that was following me disappeared and your so called tracking device and the panic button never really came through for me in my time of need. What’s worse is that I was paying you guys to even alert me when I’m entering a high risk area but that was pointless as well because y’all never really intend to provide me with anything either than a monthly debit order that you made sure not to miss come last day of the month. I continued to pay for the service albeit not getting joy from it until the second incident when someone was fiddling with my car again and still there was no assistance from you whatsoever. How does one owe you money for something they’ve never received to begging with. When I call your customer service regarding my case it was one story after another and be transferred to one manger that would not bother to call me back. Surprisingly today I owe money for the device that never worked and no one took the time to assist me with my case till date what a joke you guys are. Actually a disgust to customer service.
