Netstar appointment ****

Netstar called me to book an appointment to sort something out on my car. All they wanted to know was when can they come. They never spoke about me having to pay anything or that if I wasn't them to come. The tech came for a few minutes then he was done. Few days later they I see they charged me for a call out that I never asked for in the 1st place. I emailed support and they just ignoring me, an I'm not the 1st this happen to. Looks like a scheme they doing going ppl won't ask for their money back.. always having problems with them.. wouldn't recommend anyone sign up with this ppl, they have **** to me many times too drain money from me.. stay away
