Netstar and webuycars service

Netstar and webuycars contracts are probably the worst companies in the world..i bought a car from webuycars and they said they work with netstar tracking company and they will issue me with free tracker.3 years later i get a call that i nees to pay netstar. Mind you i have travelled with this car to very far places around the country and they never even called to ask if im safe. I even pressed the panic button and i didnt get a call. They say i need to pay a cancellation fee if i dont want this stupid tracker because its not working for me yet i never even signed uo with them..people should be careful when buy cars from webuycars
