Netstar and their poor administration and service

I have been having such a bad experience with Netstar. My mom stopped working and handed the account to me. I did a debit order mandate with them months ago and they were deducting money out of my account. All of a sudden they stopped deducting money out of my account. They kept harassing my mom about this account after the account was in my name and now they want to handover my name to ITC after I was paying the account and they were the ones that stopped deducting money out of my account. I am not at fault for their errors and their administration being poor. Do not use Netstar for anything. They have poor service and administration. I want to cancel this account because I am absolutely frustrated. Netstar has very poor service. I am done with this company.
