Netstar and Creditworx don't know what they are doing

Hey

I am very upset with the service netstar gave me, I have an account with them and the debit order transaction was going out every than for 3 mnths they decided not to debit. October someone phone me and advised in need to pay R445 for 3 mnths since my account handed to Creditworx ( I was debited for these 3 mnths and received statement saying my balance is 00 on that same week received another statement from a different consultant stating that I owe R4000...

Mind you its same company, same account number and she told me they made a mistake and gave me a wrong statement at first.. How possible is it for a person not to pay 190 for 3 mnths and the balance turns to be R4000.

I am sending emails but no one seem to attend to my query instead they are busy calling, yet I have clearly stated that I want all correspondence to be on email since they told me it was an error in their side.

Creditworx don't know what they are doing.
