Netstar and coastal Communications don't deliver

I had purchased an SUV approximately 4 months ago. I took the vehicle in to the Ballito branch of netstar's agents, Coastal Communications. They notified me that my vehicle has a tracker installed and I only need to activate it. Pradeep from the North Coast Road branch called me to take all my details and promised to email me a certificate. Some 4 months later and after numerous calls with being pushed back and forth from Pradeep to Basil from Netstar Durban and together with their false promises, I still do not have tracking surveillance on my vehicle. I last spoke to Pradeep on Wednesday 28/01/15 and he promised to call me back in a few minutes. 48 hours later and I am still waiting !!<br> I am literally begging them to take on my business and all of this is only because I am left totally exposed in the event of any claim with my insurance as it is a requirement on my policy.
