Netstar again!

Netstar just gets worse and worse!! On 10th February I wrote a review about how useless Netstar is and details of the issue. Over the next 2 weeks and a few phone calls I was promised that the policy would be cancelled. I requested a cancellation email as confirmation which was promised. To date no confirmation has been received and the incorrect debit order was again presented for payment and paid, so I assume the policy was not cancelled. I have again reversed the debit order and will continue doing so until the matter is resolved, so if any one from Netstar bothers reads this please take note. A business like this should not be allowed to operate until it is competent enough to actually run a business, and Insurance companies should rate them and blacklist them if they cannot do the job. There appears to be no management or oversight of any sort. I will certainly cancel my other contracts with them, even if it costs me a cancellation fee as life is too short to deal with such gross indifference and incompetance.
