NETSTAR ACCOUNTING IS TERRIBLE!!!!

Netstar are terrible at the job they are doing, I've signed up and said preferred method of payment debit order, received an sms stating that the account is not up to date. Contacted the accounting department and they said that the sms was n mistake and I can ignore it. One month later they decided to deduct 5 premiums at once. I phoned them and they said this is now all paid up to date and that this was a mistake from sales rep when I signed up. This is not how business is done!
