netstar

I will rate zero star!!!I had installed netstar in 2003,since i installed,the unit drain power from my battery,if I don't disconnect battery,the second day,I can not start the vihecle.i keep on check the problem,did think is netstar unit caused. Until 2021 May,I found the problem,and I called call center to test,but they could not locate the position of the vehicle.but they say the unit is working. And they still debit my money,they charge me R321 a month,and I don't get the service,.I ask them to help me,if they can do something for this problem,because the unit is old,no one tell me that it's time to upgrade or change the because I don't know how does the unit works,,if the unit is not working ,why they don't notice me?I must upgrade.but when I went to the office in rustenburg,to cancel the contact,they told me that I have canceled the contract,they can't do anything. What about if I don't get any service,but they still want to take money from me?
