NETSTAR A REAL *******

Netstar is the worst company in the vehicle tracking industry. Netstar employees are rude , unprofessional,and most unhelpful. They are ***** and cheats and should be given 5 stars for their inefficiency. For the past 5 months I have been desperately trying to cancel Netstargo membership. I sent numerous emails. Made telephone calls for an exorbitant amount. Just to explain I spent almost half an hour during one call only to be told by the inefficient consultant that my membership will be terminated as we speak on the phone. But this never happened. Seems like consultant is highly skilled in telling lies. To add insult to injury this consultant gave me a wrong reference number which was in fact a policy number of some Smith. Consultants say I will receive a email within 24hrs to cancel. It seems like they have given a new definition to 24 hrs cos I am still waiting for that email. In a last bid effort I terminated my tracking system with Netstar. Here too I was given 3 different settlement amounts. However I am so disgusted with netstar that I beared a loss of about 2 700 for early cancellation. I am given to believe that Netstar is part of the Altron group .I wonder if it's going to be advisable to liaise directly with the CEO of Altron to highlight what a bunch of *****s and cheats he employs.
