Netstar provides the most infuriatingly abysmal service known to humanity! It's been a grueling three-month battle just to terminate their service. And when I eventually got ahold of someone at their so-called "contact center," they were beyond useless. They've designed their cancellation process to be a Herculean task, seemingly hell-bent on milking every cent from you for months on end. Dealing with them is an absolute nightmare! I still could not cancel my service. Pathetic!!!!
