Recently I was sent a message that I am handed over to the lawyers. Once I contacted them I was told my contract was not cancelled. Netstar did not send me any correspondence to inform me that I have to give written request to cancell my contract when it is expiring. Now they handed me over to pay for months they billed me for after my 3year contract expired.
