My Name is Andronicah, I am disturbed and emotional by @netstar, it all started 3 years ago when I trade in my car,which I informed before happening, I called them many times wrote to them,even wrote here regarding my issues,they called me last year late to settle the matter of my Kia picato ,it was said by them it is canceled.we spoke about the new car and that I have missed installment, I advised them that I have never changed anything that includes banks,we arranged on how I will pay the missed ones ,it was updated on their system,next thing I know I was still handed to those who always calls ,on behalf of netstar I have to explain my situations again to more than 10 people that, called,they all said get the review from hellopeter and send it to us.i am drained emotional. I will never recommend netstar to anyone.and it is one of their employees that actually created this whole mess I even requested if they should listened to what the sales person said to me but no one ever came back to me and now the people that called on behalf says I owe 4000 and something I a. Asking how if in December you said I missed installment up to 900 that's why we made arrangements. This story is very long but very draining that I don't even know were to start.i am more than disappointed in the work and professionalism if they still have any .no person even pays attention there@ Netstar SA
