I will never recommend netstar to anyone ,I am still struggling with them, after so many calls and emails I have send to them but they still handed me over .I had a contract with them with my first car,when I traded in the car I called them 2 days before alerting them that I trading in the car and since the contra is still ongoing I will like the device to be moved to the new car.the day I collected the new car I still called them .one of their representatives called me back and said we are going to canceled it on our side and deactivated the device and put another device to the new car and said you are going to pay one installment which will be R135,we are not giving you a new contra, then we agreed I was happy,next thing I get calls that I owe them, I then bought another car,called them again 2 days before the trade in I had to call them many time to avoid of what happened last time I even told them that I don't want what happened to the first car to happen again,their service is horrible they given me false Information,mislead me,I requested them to go back and listen to the recordings no one ever came back makes me wonder if those calls are really recorded
