Checking hellopeter ratings on this service providers should be standard. Netstar worse service in the tracking industry. They don't follow up on their client, they don't respond to emails or request submitted on their platform. They were suppose to install two units today and there no communication from them. For the other device I have it hasn't been working can't even track my property useless.
