Netstar

I had an unauthorised debit order go off my bank account starting in November. After numerous calls Netstar said the payment was for a Mazda which I sold more than 4 years ago. It apparently was never cancelled. How after 4 years do they only realise this and start deducting from my account. If I phone now, and they say it is for my current car. After cancelling it in January, it is still not cancelled. My Netstar is included in my insurance. I am not paying a seperate installment for my tracker. I am now being handed over for a tracker that I do not have. I will be looking for another competent tracking company today. And a minute after I got the sms to say I have been handed over, I get an OTP notification for the amount I am outstanding with Netstar. This is unacceptable.
