Netstar
My experience with Netstar has been horrible
I received a call in march 2021 where the agent advised me that my contract is ending I said yes that’s fine he asked if I want to reinstate my contract with them I said no not right now he then said he would call me in May 2021 Guess what I never received the call . I called Netstar when I started getting calls that I owe them HOW ??? The contract ended isn’t it? I’ve been calling this Company asking to speak to a manager and also get the call recording from march 2021 till today I haven’t received anything nor speak to a manager .. Their call agents have no sense of urgency whatsoever
Apprntly I owe Money I wanT a break down of how it came to that I’ve said if I’m wrong by all means I’ll pay but If I’m not ?
Why can’t I get the recording of my call ? Id love to action against this company once I receive it !
