My car got ****** and they couldn't pick up signal to track my car.... But most importantly during an emergency they kept passing my call to other departments finding their number was another annoying thing. I'm so upset that I am going to cancel my subscription. I felt their service totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Even their report was wrong....
