Netstar *****

I keep on asking myself "who gave Netstar a permission to try and debit money in my Bank account?". They have attempted to debit twice and they were not successful because there are no funds in that a account but that has cost me charges for unpaid debit orders and I want my money back. If I don't get compensated for the bank charges they have cost me, I will inquire with ombudsman and take this up on every social media platform. I wonder how many people are getting debit orders in their accounts that they have not authorised. Netstar is owing me an explanation and a compensation of my bank fees that they have caused. How do you debit someone's money without an agreement?
