NETSTAR !!!!!!!

Had Netstar installed in my vehicle last year October. There is about a 3-4 hour delay in seeing where the car is. I drive a Golf 1.4 get emails for speeding doing 226k/hour in roads I don't even travel. My car is at different locations everyday even when I'm at work. Now I get told I signed a 3 year contract so will be liable for the remainder if I cancel something that doesn't work.
