Netsar the Mampara of the Year

I phoned Netstar in December 2018, to transfer the tracker from my car to the new vehicle which I was buying, NO ONE SHOWED, then in January 2019, I cancelled the account, it's now July 2021, and I am still trying to cancel this account. Netstar sends you from pillar to post to so many different departments, even if you prove you cancelled and sold the car, they just simply ignore you, and ask you to continue paying for the product. i will never ever advise NETSTAR to anyone, the administration is geared to send you in circles, now can you imagine if you are ever hijacked or if your car is ******, you will never get your vehicle back, in fact they probably will not even know where it is, if they cannot do basic admin, then they cannot deliver on anything.
