Netsar cancellation
Very unhappy with the service. I sent an email to cancel my contract in December to both cancellations and legal, but to my surprise I see an email this week saying I am owing on my account.
I have called today and taken from consultant to consultant and no resolution.

I got a call and was told the amount to pay is R145 and the cancellation has been processed.
I paid the R145 which is said to be for January cycle, payment made 11 Feb.
I called later in the month to confirm again that my account is indeed cancelled lest I receive unexpected payment requests again and was assured it has been cancelled.
Today I receive a call from CreditWorx that my account has been handed over for non payment of R145???
Is cancelling such a hard thing to do???
