NETSAR

Having huge issues with NETSTAR, we cancelled an contract which had run full term and extra 10 years. They then said we needed to pay extra notice! Which we did, now they billed us full years fees and handed us over for debt collection. We have also cancelled two other contracts which are full term in writing but get NO response except that they handling us over despite that we are fully paid up. Bunch of cheats and I want it resolved - is there a higher authority or ombud that one can get assistance from or is their someone at NETSTAR that actually does some work? No idea why these guys are in business.
