Netrstar Joke!
Awful experience. After 4 months asking for my subscription to be cancelled you *********** useless individuals are still demanding money. You never send me one invoice! The device was without power for months. Not one phone call to check why! Now you got debt collectors harassing me after I asked you to cancel this subscription and after 3 emails requesting you to do so. All I see in response from Netstar in all the BAD reviews are 'we will investigate" PATHETIC!

Everyone who reads this review, do yourself a favor. Safe yourself the frustration dealing with these amateurs and go to Tracker!! Much better customer service and professional consultants who is always willing to help. Leave this netstar amateurs.
