I have said this before and I say it again. The accounts department of Netstar needs to be checked.

I told them I would pay them their money on the 29th of August.

What do they do?

They go into my account on the 28th of August🤦🤦🤦

I have never seen such in my whole entire life.

Who randomly gets paid on the 28th? When the 28th is not on a Friday and the month ends on a Sunday?

Now I have a charge on my Standard Bank of R150.

I asked them to give a breakdown of how they arrrived to their charge. They don’t respond to my email.
