I cancelled this service in December last year and have not heard back from January. The tracking unit is still on my car, nobody as de-installed it and this is just pathetic customer service. This is the very reason I have cancelled because I do not feel that my vehicle is in safe hands where tracking is regarded.

Kindly note that your cancellation was processed on the 12th January 2023, the unit in your vehicle is currently inactive and does not need to be removed. However should you wish for us to remove it, you would be liable for a de-installation callout fee. Please advise if you would like to proceed with de-installation?

06 Jun 2023, 12:25As long as the device does not affect my vehicle in any way, it can remain where it is. Do better at communicating to your clients because this is the only information I required but had to wait almost 5 months for an informative response.
