NET**** NON-TRACKING SYSTEM

DEAR NET-****!! Please advise how I can drop this company from my life. In an industry whereby they must track my cars which I pay for, they have enlisted the services of a collector to collect on a cancelled contract that had a unit that has not been functional for a good 6 months on one of my cars - not tracking. Their solution - come in and upgrade and sign a new contract as this has expired a long time ago, NOPE thanks I will go with someone else. As we speak right now I cannot see my other car on their system however they must just get their money right? The new unit less than 9 months is already giving me issues, called a couple of times and always cuts off after holding for 20 minutes or so. My little brain tells me that I should pay for a service rendered not sure where they get their rules from, faulty units that hardly work and you are expected to honour your end whilst they do not honour theirs? Freaken amazing right? Luck on their side as the new car came with that unit, ONCE THAT IS DONE YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM MY CARS!!!

Imagine if I was to have an incident right now and the very same company that demands my hard earned money cannot perform the one purpose the one basic function of that company, PATHETIC!!!
