nestar *****ulent deduction

I'm terribly frustrated with Netstar. I took a tracker with netstar on a contract in may 2022 as part of my finance with westbank. The contract was for 3 years . unfortunately I was involved in an accident in may 2024 and insurance decided to write off the car. I called netstar to cancel the contract as I was no longer in possession of the car. The contract was cancelled and they said they will also refund the remaining amount but that never happened. Today netstar decided to *****ulently deduct R1123.96 on my account. I don't even know what the deduction is for. This is so terrible and netstar have no right to ********ly deduct money on my account. I don't want anything to do with netstar at all.
