Nestar tracker terrible with no signal story

I am satisfied with the response from netstar tracking company: I called them last week to activate my car tracker after the hijack and told the tracker is activated and the response team is waiting for signal. Since the hijack day nothing all they tell me is the response team has not picked up the signal.
