Nestar Messing with my hard earned money

I recently changed cars ,and called Netstar to transfer the tracker to the new car. I was told that I will be charged R665 ,but I was charged R1099. I've been struggling to get a refund of the additional R255 that was charged. Only today ,I'm told that the charge was because I was referred by First for Women. I cancelled the FFW policy a long ago. Why wasn't I advised in the beginning? Well I'm going to reverse my debit order. I can't wait for this contract to end ,so I can cancel Netstar.
