Nestar is a joke!!!

Nestar was supposed to install a tracking unit in my vehicle and it's been over three weeks now. They never bother calling me about updates and tell me why it hasn't been installed. I called them many times already and I always get told someone will come but no one ever pitches and there's nothing being said about. I'm terminating their service...
