Nestar Incompetence and Harassment

I am completely appalled by Nestar consultants and what ever deal they have with Hybrid collections who are ***********. Two accounts have been sent to these debt collectors: 1. With out ever communicating with me about my account being arrears (because it wasn't). 2. Hybrid collections don't answers their phones by they send 5 emails a minute apart saying return their call.

I tried contacting Netstar's Insurance credit controller Leoni Fourie, never got through.

I was being harassed for a balance that I paid of in 2016, two years later. During that I explained to the person that I had paid of that account and in fact I am cancel my current one as the car has been written off. This conversation happened mid June 2018.

Both my explanation and request to cancel the existing contract are ignored and instead I have a different consultant in July still enquring about the 2016 settled account. I explain and tell the to check proof of payment and again request to cancel current contract. The person says Ok.

Fast foward 28/08/2018 I am getting a call about second account being in arrears, all this from the same collections place Hybrid.

I then call Netstar, speak to a Ziyanda who transfers me to Nokuthula. As usual, I hold for 30 minutes with no answer until I drop the call.

Netstar fix your ****ty communication amongst your departments or I will sue for emotional harassment. Fix my account, I am not going to owe you because your representatives ignored my requests to cancel.
