Nestar Contract.Cancellation Without me knowing

Hu<br> been a loyal member of Nestar Altech for 5 years they cancelled my contract without me knowing, found out that as in the past 2 months saw my bank statement without Nestar Altech debiting into my accounts.<br> The Consultants service very poor as called them today and they busy transferring my calls without getting the relevant person after some time a consultant promised me that he will send me an email in which he didn't.<br> My query is that need Nestar Altech to investigate why my contract was cancelled and what if they ***** car now without me knowing that I don't have a tracker?<br> its risky now as don't have a tracker with some one person causing or mis heard me in some ways <br> please treat this as urgent
