My REMOTE ACTIVATOR is weirdly UNUSABLE!!!!!

My remote activator hasn't been working very well lately,so today I went to buy a battery to change it,but after changing it ,it won't work.I tried many times but nothing happened.I don't know why.It was fine until I changed the batteries and this is the first time I replaced the battery.I don't know what went wrong.What should I do about this situation?Should I go to the nearby Netstar centre for help?Or can I have your staff come to me and check if it's not just the remote but something else?Because I'm afraid I won't be able to make it to your netstar centre. And if I can get your staff to come to me ,Can I contact you guys by email instead of by phone call?Plese be sure to answer if I can contact your staff come to me by email as this is important for my personal situation!!!!

PS:A few days ago when I had not changed the battery ,it flashed red once when I used it.I do not know if this means that there is something wrong with it?
