My contract ended and I do not owe them

My contract with Altech Netstar ended last year. I paid them, I was never on arrears but they have listed me on the Credit Bureaux. I was not aware of this up until yesterday when I lost a job opportunity with the JSE, because they never told anything, if there are still outstanding amount. What infuriates me is that they have never contacted me
